TAKE NOTICE that The Township of Brick has contacted the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Green Acres Program, proposing to dispose of 2.636 acres
- Part of Michael Milano Park (Police Athletic League) 60 Drum Point Road, Blocks 548.01, Lots 21 and 23.04
The Township proposes to replace this after the fact diversion due to the need to construct stormwater management facilities on the Michael Milano Park with a 5.272-acre portion of undeveloped land of 9.26 acres at Beaton Point, located on Beverly Beach Road, Blocks 1370, lots 3 and 6. Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:36-26.8(a) a scoping hearing to obtain public comment on this request will be held at
