Board of Adjustment Public Notice – Meeting Changes April 15 2020

PLEASE  TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of the “Sunshine Law” you are hereby advised that the Brick Township Zoning Board of Adjustment has made the following changes to the regularly scheduled Zoning Board Meeting of April 15, 2020.  The meeting will begin at 7 p.m.   There will be NO Executive Session.  The meeting will be held remotely, by means of communication equipment.  The meeting will be limited to approving minutes and memorializing resolutions.  These matters are not public hearings.  The foregoing Electronic Public Meeting is recommended due to the current situation involving the COVID-19 Virus and directives of State and County governments.

Due to the evolving situation regarding the spread of COVID18 virus, all Brick Township Municipal Offices and Buildings will be closed to the public and will remain closed to the public until further notice. This precaution is being done to protect the citizens of Brick Township and the municipal staff. We will continue to assess the situation and adjust accordingly.
