PUBLIC ACCESS TO ZOOM MEETING:

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN ZOOM MEETING:
You will be able to participate when the Board Chairman opens the meeting to the public for the public participation portion of the meeting at the end for you to ask questions and/or cross examine witnesses and make statements. The Board Chairman will limit public comments to 10 minutes per person. We ask that if you have questions of the applicant prepared, that you email them to the Board Secretary at poneill@twp.brick.nj.us prior to the meeting or to publicmeetingquestions@bricktownship.net during the meeting. Your questions will be acknowledged and read into the record and answered. If you have information or exhibits you wish to be considered and entered into the record, you will have to email them to the Board Secretary poneill@twp.brick.nj.us in advance of the meeting so that they may be marked into evidence.

If you wish a particular file to be emailed or mailed to you, you must request that with 72 hours advanced notice.

Brick Township Planning Board (3/19/20 & 3/25/20) and Board of Adjustment (3/18/20) Meeting Cancellation Notice

Due to the evolving situation regarding the spread of COVID18 virus, all Brick Township Municipal Offices and Buildings will be closed to the public and will remain closed to the public until further notice. This precaution is being done to protect the citizens of Brick Township and the municipal staff. We will continue to assess the situation and adjust accordingly.

In light of the closures, the Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled on Wednesday, March 18 at 7pm at 401 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, NJ 08723 and the Special Planning Board Meeting scheduled on March 19 at 7:30pm at 270 Chambers Bridge Road, Brick, and the regularly scheduled Planning Board Meeting on March 25 at 7pm at 401 Chambers Bridge Road are cancelled.

Planning Board Special Meeting scheduled for March 19, 2020 at 7:30pm at the Civic Plaza has been cancelled. The application below has been carried to the April 8, 2020 meeting at 7pm at Town Hall located at 401 Chambers Bridge Road:
