NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Township of Brick will be conducting an internet auction on US GovBid, Inc. at for the sale of Police Vehicles, Ambulances and Bicycles no longer needed for public use. The auction begins on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. and concludes on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.

Bidders may inspect the auction items at the Township of Brick, Department of Public Works, 836 Ridge Road, Brick, N.J. 08723 on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. For additional information, please contact Sgt. All bidders are required to electronically register for bidding. All bidders participating in this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions outlined on the website and agree to be bound thereby. Full description and condition of items as well as registering information can be found on the US GovBid webpage listed above. Registration is not required for viewing the website.

All sales will be made to the highest bidder and shall be final. All items are sold in an “as is, where is” condition, free from any guarantee or warranty. The Township of Brick reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The payment terms of the sale are posted on the US GovBid website. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days of the close of the auction.
