2019 CAPER Public HEARING and 5 Day Public Comment Period

Pursuant to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, the Township of Brick has prepared its Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER) for program year 2019 ending June 30, 2020. The CAPER describes the Township’s use of federal grant funds including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The report includes a summary of expenditures, accomplishments, and progress toward goals stated in the Township’s FY 2019 Annual Action Plan.
Notice is hereby given that the Township of Brick, Division of Land Use & Planning, is seeking comments from Township’s residents regarding the 2019 CAPER. The Township will consider all written comments received beginning December 16, 2020 and before December 21, 2020 during a 5-day comment period. The complete document is available on the Township’s website www.bricktownship.net/community/, and in the Township’s Division of Land Use & Planning. Please submit all written comments to Tara B. Notice is hereby given that the public will also be able to make comments regarding the 2019 CAPER at the Township of Brick Division of Land Use & Planning CDBG FY 2019 CAPER Hearing scheduled for 6:00 PM on December 21st, 2020.
